Legal Necessities - Disclaimers and Stuff
SPAM NOTICE

I decided to put this page in because there are things on these pages that some people might take the wrong way, or might think are mine when they are other people's and other company's property. So here it goes:

The HTML that makes up these pages is the exclusive property of Ken & Chelsea Snyder, also doing business as Ken Snyder Racing, Chelsea Snyder Racing and A/Q Wiring Service.  The Ken Snyder Racing and Chelsea Snyder Racing logos are copyrighted material registered to Ken & Chelsea Snyder, doing business as Ken Snyder Racing and Chelsea Snyder.  We do not mind other people and companies using our logo, as long as some of the following conditions are met:

1. The logo is used as a link to our web pages,
2. The logo is not used in any way for profit, such as selling items with our logo on them,
3. The use of the logo is not construed as recognizing the user as a representative or member of Ken Snyder Racing or Chelsea Snyder Racing,
4. The respective user lists that the logo is our property, and used with permission, and
5. The user asks for permission from us, and keeps us informed of where the logo is used.

We don't want to sound like a bunch of jerks about this, it's just that we don't want others to use our logo and profit from it - since we don't profit from it (yet).

A/Q Wiring Service is wholly-owned business tradename of Ken and Chelsea Snyder, and the same requirements exist for this name and logo as they do for Ken Snyder Racing, Chelsea Snyder Racing and their logos.

"Oldsmobile", "Cutlass", "Cutlass 'S'", "Hurst/Olds", "Starfire", "Starfire GT", "442", the "Oldsmobile" logo, and the Oldsmobile "Rocket" logos (in all forms) are property of the Oldsmobile division of General Motors, and are used only as a reference to the brand and style of automobile that comprise the lineup of Ken Snyder Racing.  We are not employees of Oldsmobile, General Motors or any General Motors licensed dealership.  We are also not sponsored or endorsed by Oldsmobile (although we could use the help.......)

"Mazda" and "RX-7" are property of Mazda Motor Company and are used only as a reference to the brand and style of automobile that was used by Chelsea Snyder Racing.  We were not employees of Mazda Motor Company or any Mazda licensed dealership.  We were also not sponsored or endorsed by Mazda.

"SCCA", "Solo II", "Club Racing", Runoffs® and the SCCA logos are property of the Sports Car Club of America, and are used with permission.  Ken and Chelsea Snyder (operating as Ken Snyder Racing and Chelsea Snyder Racing) are members of SCCA, but are not employed, endorsed or sponsored by SCCA.

"KCRegion SCCA" and the Kansas City Region SCCA logos are property of the Kansas City Region of the Sports Car Club of America, and are used with permission.  Ken and Chelsea Snyder (operating as Ken Snyder Racing) are members of the Kansas City Region of SCCA, but are not employed, endorsed or sponsored by the Kansas City Region of SCCA.

"Crown Autocross Club" and the Crown Autocross Club logo are property of the Crown Autocross Club and are used with permission.

"Lakeside Speedway", "I-70 Speedway" and their respective logos are property of Lakeside and I-70 Speedway.  Ken and Chelsea Snyder (operating as Ken Snyder Racing) are not employed, endorsed, or sponsored by Lakeside Speedway or I-70 Speedway.

"NASCAR" and "NASCAR Weekly Racing Series" are property of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing. Ken Snyder (operating as Ken Snyder Racing) was not employed, endorsed, or sponsored by NASCAR at any time.

"NHRA" and the NHRA logo are property of the National Hot Rod Association. Ken Snyder (operating as Ken Snyder Racing) has not been employed, endorsed, or sponsored by NHRA at any time.

The "ChasinRacin" name and logo, and the "Racers on the Internet" logo are all property of Trey Internet Systems and are used with permission.

There are other logos and pictures on our pages, and these are other peoples' and businesses' property and used with permission of their respective owners.

We have tried to keep these pages as accurate as possible, and are not wanting to deceive anyone in any way. If you find anything on our pages that is not accurate or possibly deceptive, please let us know and we'll make the necessary changes with our next update.

SPAM NOTICE: We do not tolerate the receipt of unsolicited commercial e-mail.  We are based in the state of Kansas, which has a strict "no-spam" law.  We report any and all unsolicited commercial e-mail (also known as SPAM) to our internet service provider.  Sending SPAM to any of our e-mail addresses is viewed as accepting that we can and will seek restitution from those responsible.
